For the show on October 23, 2024 at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, Australia you must be 18 years of age or older to be on the floor. Anyone under 18 years of age must be on the second level in the seated section regardless of whether you purchased a VIP Ticket Package or a General Admission Ticket. There will be VIP Ticket Packages for sale in both the floor and upstairs seated sections available for purchase.
The Rosarium Artist Presale will be at the dates and times below exclusively for Premium Members of The Rosarium. To join The Rosarium click here. Once you’ve downloaded The Rosarium app, go to the three line menu in the upper right-hand corner and click on “Become a Premium Black Rose” and follow the instructions to sign up for premium membership.

The Rosarium Artist Presale is exclusively for Premium Members of The Rosarium. If you are already a Premium Member, you can find your unique presale code by opening the app and clicking on the globe symbol at the bottom of your screen to open the “Tour” page. Once there, you can click on the code to copy it and then use the link on the Tour page to purchase tickets. If you are not already a Premium Member of The Rosarium then you will need to become a Premium Member by downloading the app and becoming a premium member before you can join The Rosarium Artist Presale. Once you’ve downloaded The Rosarium app, go to the three line menu in the upper right-hand corner and click on “Become a Premium Black Rose” and follow the instructions to sign up for premium membership.
Your unique code will unlock 4 tickets in any combination of VIP ticket packages or general admission tickets. For example, with your unique code, you can buy one (1) VIP1 ticket, one (1) VIP2 tickets and two (2) general admission tickets – or any other combination of VIP and General Admission that is not more than four (4) tickets in total. We reserve the right to cancel ticket orders that are in excess of the above-stated limits. If we cancel your ticket order for being over the stated ticket buying limit, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used.
During the general public sale, you will be able to buy up to six (6) tickets per email address.
If you are a Premium Member of The Rosarium but do not have a presale code listed on the Tour page in your app, please make sure your app is updated. If your app is updated and you still are having issues, please contact customer service at info@237global.com and copy fansight@transparentarts.com.
VIP benefits include a premium ticket to the show and you do not need to buy tickets separately.
Everyone checking in for a VIP Package on the day of the event will be required to show valid government-issued ID that matches information for the original ticket purchaser. If you purchase VIP Tickets and then want to transfer the ticket(s) to someone else, the person you are transferring ticket(s) to will also need to have a copy of the original purchaser’s valid government-issued ID to be able to check-in, be admitted to the show and receive any VIP benefits.
VIP Ticket purchasers will receive an email three to five days prior to the show with full details.
Tickets will be sent to your email and, in most regions, will be available in the applicable ticketing platform app to transfer to your digital wallet no earlier than 72-hours before the show. Please ensure that your email is correct when purchasing.
Please contact the venue for the show you are attending for ADA accommodations.
We have a strict no gifts policy at live events, and gifts will not be allowed inside. Non-perishable gifts may be sent to the P.O. Box address below and we will make sure they get to the Artist.

Yes, for circumstances beyond anyone’s control, the New Zealand show has been canceled
The promoter will reach out via email directly to anyone who purchased tickets to the Auckland, New Zealand, show with instructions on how to get a refund. Please make sure you check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive an email shortly. You can also reach out to cs@the-box.com.au for assistance on this matter.
If you purchased tickets to the Auckland, New Zealand show, and can show that you reside outside of New Zealand and/or were traveling to New Zealand for the show, you will be offered the chance to exchange your tickets for tickets to the one of the shows in Melbourne or Sydney in lieu of a refund. Please make sure you check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive an email shortly. If you have additional questions regarding the New Zealand show cancellation, please email the promoter at cs@the-box.com.au.
